Commerce Bank is seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Product Support Specialist opportunity. A Product Support Specialist:

- Provides systems support to the assigned business unit

- Utilizes systems to generate reports and develops and produces ad hoc reports as requested

- Collects data and updates systems information via manual input or upload

- Assists Systems Analysts/Managers, if applicable, with various systems projects as requested

This position will support the training and content administration for the Commercial Line of Business sales systems. These systems include the commercial CRM system, commercial sales marketing system (Qvidian) and the commercial resource center on the SharePoint platform. This position will work with the commercial banking sales teams to share best practices, support database content quality, provide training and support for these systems. This will include development of user documentation, online help and recorded training resources. For Qvidian and the resource center, this will include working with marketing, operations and product partners to maintain content and develop and load new content to ensure current information is available for the sales teams. This position will also support on special projects within the Commercial Line of Business. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the content and distribution of The Link Commercial Sales monthly newsletter, manipulating data in spreadsheets and serving as a liaison between users and technical support individuals regarding data integrity, user issues and system enhancements.


*\tCollege degree preferred but will consider equivalent work experience

*\tStrong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

*\tExcellent written and verbal Communication skills

*\tAbility to deliver professional presentations and training


*\tExperience with SharePoint

*\tTraining/presentation experience

*\tPrior Banking and/or sales support experience

Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
