Support Specialist is responsible for providing level II technical support
to UpToDate customers, partners and vendors. Level II will be responsible
for performing technical troubleshooting and defining and implementing
resolutions for escalated tickets related to the application, integration

successful technical analysis and resolution of client reported incidents
