JOB DESCRIPTION
The Production Artist will be responsible for creating artwork files related to printing and screening of products.Essential Duties:
' Preparation of Customer supplied Art in accordance with PO specifications.
' Create artwork layouts.
' Identify and troubleshoot artwork discrepancies.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
' Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
' Strong attention to detail
' Good grammar and proofing experience.
' Solid understanding of screen printing process a plus
Additional info:
Responsibilities include - checking emailed artwork, answering customer?s questions via email and phone, sending out proofs for customer approval, etc. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must! Applicants must have Illustrator pen tool experience and be able to edit size and color separate using illustrator. This is not a design position.
