Superior Group is looking for Production Assemblers for a customer in the Tualatin area. This fast growing customer provides strong upward mobility and they are looking for candidates who want to grow with them. They are an important player in the Semiconductor industry which is widely recognized as a key driver in the growth of technology including electronics.

The Production Assemblers follow blueprints and schematics on a computer and build the tools from the floor up. Work takes place in a clean room environment, which does include dressing in a clean room suit. This position is very physical with lots of bending, stooping and crouching. Production Assemblers use hand tools to construct these products including screwdrivers, wrenches and various power tools. Strong attention to detail is a must.

Shifts Available – Compressed work week, 12 hour shifts with some OT
Front End Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday 5am-5:30pm
Front End Nights: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday every other Wednesday 5pm-5:30am
Back End Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Wednesday 5am-5:30pm
Back End Nights: Thursday, Friday, Saturday every other Wednesday 5pm-5:30am

Hourly pay is $13-$15/hr for day shift. The night shift offers a variety of benefits including a 15% shift differential and paid lunches.
Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of previous work experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Previous experience using hand tools
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Large part assembly experience
