Job Description

PRODUCTION ASST.
Job Duties (this list in not comprehensive and can/may change according to business needs)
-Collect, organize and handoff information to Purchase Order Assistant
-Maintain and make revisions to Purchase Orders
-Manage deadline dates
-Track Gac Dates
-Follow up on Distribution Center issues as needed
-Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, mills, DC associates
-Support product team & Production Coordinators
-Place and follow up on PR sample needs (and exception merchant requests)
-All administrative duties as requested
-Positive outlook, flexible, meticulous and a creative problem solver
-Fashion related degree would be ideal or transferable on the job work experience
-Strong MS Office skills are essential, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
