JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (ENCINITAS, CA)
World-Renowned Advertising Photographer is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide administrative and production support to Photographer and Producer. The coordinator will be responsible to the Producer to assist in producing commercial and test shoots in studio and on set.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include securing locations, permits, crew, talent and vendors. Maintaining detailed production and accounting records of all jobs including scheduling and travel of Photographer, Producer and crew.
CHARACTERISTICS will include having excellent time management skills, basic math and accounting skills with a high level of accuracy. Must be very detail oriented, able to multi-task, maintain client confidentiality and perform excellent communication skills. Must be a highly driven team player with a great attitude, desire to learn and always ready for the next challenge.
- Minimum 3 years in a professional working environment preferably in production
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Production preferred
- Proficiency with Mac, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Social Media -- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Compensation will be based on candidates experience and skill
