It’s the perfect solution for corporate communications, marketing lead generation, training and much more.The Senior Production Manager is responsible overseeing the execution of events using TalkPoints broadcasting software. This role will lead client assignments, schedule resources and event capability assessments.

• Guide department members on best practices to ensure their customers and events are successful. • Assist with hiring and coaching team members. • Assign resources to clients based on staffing levels. Offer suggestions on forecasting staffing. • Research and devise solutions to prevent event security issues. • Investigate the source of production issues and develop process solutions. Instruct team members on methods to prevent reoccurrences. • Lead communications with hosting company related to conference planning, site builds, agenda scheduling, and updated company lists. • Assign testing of live webcasts sites to team members. • Confirm the delivery of client services included, but not limited to upload of slides, logos, send links, email follow-ups, order and deliver additional purchases. • Provide platform training for new and existing major customers to confirm comfort level with the features of the program.• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue training and development opportunities in areas of expertise. • Assist other departments and perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Communications, Broadcast or related field.• Minimum of one year of Production or Communication department experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of Dreamweaver, Abode Acrobat & Photoshop, HTML coding and CORE platform. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.• Good time and project management skills. • Ability to operate computer, audio systems and other modern office equipment.• Ability to clearly explain information, concepts, and instructions to others.• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.• Good public relations and customer service skills.• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other employees, business entities, and the general public.• Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations.• Ability to work under limited supervision and make independent decisions.• Ability to maintain reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
