br B Service Material Orders /B br ul
li Verify that services parts are being ordered/processed efficiently. /li li Assign account to be charged for remakes to support accounting. /li li Coordinate with manufacturers to expedite for special requests. /li li Document repeated manufacturing problems. /li li Attend bi-weekly conference call with Sunrise Windows, Inc. to apprise them of any product/shipping errors. /li li Ensure that service parts deliveries are checked in properly. /li /ul
br B New Material Orders /B br ul
li Review manifest of incoming deliveries. Ensure that receiving team is prepared. /li li Stay in contact with staff and manufacturer regarding shipping errors, damage, or delays /li li Verify materials are accurately staged for the next day’s installs. /li li Stay updated on inventory levels and controls /li /ul
br br B Warehousing /B br ul
li Monitor and maintain in-stock service parts and installation material inventory levels. /li li Monitor and maintain truck stock material inventory levels. /li li Verify building and vehicle maintenance schedules are being followed. /li li Verify that warehouse safety protocols are being observed. /li li Ensure that service parts are warehoused and staged properly. /li li Ensure that material returns are coded properly and are removed expeditiously. /li li Maintain voucher system for materials issued or returned to stock. /li /ul
br br B Skills we're seeking: /B br ul
li Oversee Service Manager to develop, maintain and refine procedures. /li li Verify services tickets are properly flowing through the service lists. /li li Every ticket should be touched every 48 hours. /li li Maintain accurate and timely communication from service team employees. o Ensure that timely follow-up occurs with homeowners to verify satisfaction. o Assist with solving difficult or complex service problems. /li li Participate and/or lead in service team meetings. /li li Ensure Service Technician and Expediter Dispatch is running smoothly. /li li Monitor demand and capacity. /li li Propose change in resources when necessary. /li li Identify “priority jobs” to expedite through the measure process. /li li Monitor service revenue and costs to stay within budget. /li /ul
