Our ideal Production Manager Candidate
* Has experience in the laundry industry
* Is bilingual in English and Spanish

A day in the life of a UniFirst Production Manager could
include the following:
* Participate in attainment of divisional growth goals
for customer retention, pricing and new customer
sales by providing quality products and a well
maintained facility which will enhance our
* Meet budget requirements of the department,
including budget preparation and operation of
department as a profit center for the company.
* Manage departmental activities regarding safety,
health and environmental issues to insure that
proper consideration is given to corporate policy
and federal, state and local regulations.
* Inventory management and purchasing.
* Ascertain that the department meets all local,
state, and federal safety requirements including
* Assure maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the
building and all its equipment.

To perform this job successfully, a candidate must be
able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and
in accordance with measurable performance standards
specific to each job area.
* Must have a proven track record of hiring, leading,
developing a successful team.
