We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to join our digital marketing team to manage and produce weekly social content for some of our biggest clients from Bank of America to Holiday Inn. Were looking for an individual who can produce multiple shoots at once, keep a detailed schedule and calendar, work with account teams to understand clients content needs, and manage our creative teams resources.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Schedule and track progress of tasks for assigned projects
* Assistant directing on set to ensure that productions run smoothly
* Coordinate talent, location, prop acquisition, and budgets for all projects
* Address content requests and incoming inquiries
* Work closely with other departments to manage other producers and designers
* Minimum 5 years experience in content production management
* BA or BS degree in film, art, communications, or related field strongly preferred
* Experience with production tracking and project management software
* Must have experience with schedule management and accelerated production timelines
* Must possess strong communication skills to understand interdepartmental needs
