Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator to support the Video team in all aspects of production. Responsible for managing production budgets throughout assigned projects, while creating and maintaining production schedules. Additional responsibilities include: creating daily shoot schedules, coordination of both on-site and off-site logistics with Producers, managing contractor invoices and agreement paperwork, and coordinating equipment and lighting needs with Producers. This position is critical to the daily operation and success of the unit and requires a high-level of organizational skills, initiative, the ability to multi-task, and a strong grasp of digital media and video production.
Essential Job Functions
Administrative support for video production team; assisting Producers, Shooters, and Editors with scheduling and production logistics coordination. Updating editing production calendars and schedules on a timely basis. Manage scheduling calendar for bookings.
Manage production budgets in coordination with Executive Producer; tracking costs and monitoring expenses within assigned guidelines.
Actively participate in tracking, preparing, and submission of vendor invoices for payment along with management of contract workers process with associated paperwork.
Assist Editors with maintaining and updating internal video log and upload schedule; uploading video to the site player and YouTube.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Producer or SVP/Head of Video.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Bachelor s degree in Digital Video Production, Film/TV, Broadcast Journalism, or Communications preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in production or production management for studio and/or location shoots.

An interest in food and lifestyle programming a plus.
Great communication skills, in writing and in person.
Strong computer skills including Power Point, Keynote, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.
Video editing skills and experience a plus
Must have a valid driver's license.
