Production Specialist I 303722-773

The candidate will need to have the following: sense of urgency to complete daily work on hand, ability to perform all related tasks within the process. This includes: handling inbound calls to verify or take policy information from carriers and agencies, utlizing business applications and appropriate technology  to perform routine activities. Maintain internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet company standards.

Required Skills

- High School Diploma
- Intermediate PC Skills & Problem Solving
- (Including MS Office- Word, Excel,Outlook)
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Must exhibit decision making skills to analyze a situation and make a sound decision.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Flexibility to working in a quickly changing, fast paced, team oriented environvment
- Flexibility to work extra hours if needed.
- Handle Inbound calls for Auto
- Ability to work 11:30am - 8:00pm EST

Experience Required

- Experience in production/deadline environment
- Ability to champion change
