Job Description
Job duties:

Set-up punch press forming dies. Set up cushion cutters, Install cushion and non bonded, perform bonding of cushion and insert bag tag, able to convert decimals into fractions, Operating a punch press, spot welders, hardware installation, drilling press, curling and foot forming dies and use of measurement equipment, caliper, radius gages, and indicator.

Job Requirements:


* Grade A5-B2

* 1 year experience operating industrial machines (e.g. molding press, drill press, cutting presses, mills, sheet/plate metal shears, etc.), punch press experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

* Ability to work with hands
* Able to work with metal and organic products

Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
*

Ability to use and read measuring devices.
*

Can demonstrate a clear understanding of all safety and mechanical protocols around a punch press.
*

Ability to lift 30 lbs.
*

Disciplined with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
*

Can communicate in English proficiently.
*

Required to have a high school diploma or GED.
