Job Description


* Responsible for ensuring a fully functional trading system at start of day
* Resolve all technical issues following established support process and metrics guidelines
* Measure and analyze incoming software issues to determine root causes and develop technical and training solutions to minimize re-occurrences and severity
* Support internal first level support team in the installation, upgrades, use, and error resolution
* Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback


* Strong SQL scripting skills
* Strong Server Administration, Win2003/ 2008/2012 and SQL 2005/2008 skills
* Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills
* Experience with Ethernet, TCP/IP and routing
* FIX protocol knowledge
* Experience with real-time Equity Trading systems
