BR BR Summary BR We are looking for a technically savvy individual with above average problem solving skills that is comfortable operating in a complex development environment in support of our client's revenue generation systems. Primary role will be acting as the liasion between the business team and production, supporting and communicating on new production releases or production issues. Essentially, taking systems issues from the business side and managing the action items for the corrections and release back into production. BR BR Education/Experience BR Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline BR 5-10 years experience managing projects BR BR Requirements BR Demonstrated ability in leading work teams and/or technical staff. BR Demonstrated knowledge of system integration issues between diverse platforms. BR Demonstrated experience and knowledge in computing architectures and implementation of networked computing structures. BR Demonstrated ability in issue resolution and triage BR BR Technical environment experience: Java, GWT/GXT, BR Oracle 10G or higher BR MQ - understanding of messaging across distributed system BR Shell-Scripting, SQL BR Strong communication skills BR BR Responsibilities BR Primary role will be acting as the liasion/POC between the business team and production, supporting and communicating on new production releases or production issues. This person must be technical enough to understand the issues and communicate accurately to the business side. Must get up to speed quickly and develop a fast understanding of the team players and roles.
