Job Description:

The Program Analyst works with client organizations and SPA management to analyze complex problems and provide integrated analysis of Program, Technical and Acquisition aspects of key Program decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Decision Analysis is required. Master s degree in a related field is a plus. Experience in research and development fields, defense technologies or exposure to Department of Defense R&D programs and organizations is required. Must be interested in solving difficult national security issues related to defense policy, nuclear deterrence, strategic risk assessment and defense acquisition programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Must be proficient in using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with MS Project is a plus. DOD security clearance is desired. Responsibilities: Conduct program analysis for various National Security topics in support of Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) with a particular focus in coordinating the Research and Development efforts within Navy SSP. The candidate will be responsible for gathering information, conducting analysis, facilitating client engagements, preparing reports, presentations and whitepapers and presenting results to senior leadership within client organizations.
