RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsible for the administratively responsible for the overall functioning of the Home-Based Crisis Intervention Program, including the appropriate utilization and management of staff and quality of patient care with emphasis upon an interdisciplinary team approach to the delivery of care. Works under general supervision.

Licensure: Valid driver's license required.

Education: Bachelors degree in a related field required. Masters degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience: Minimum two years experience in a Masters level human services position required. Minimum one year supervisory experience required. Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Proficient with personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
