JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Project Manager to assist IT Infrastructure in the development of business cases supporting revenue and/or cost savings opportunities for new or revised products, new or enhanced systems, and process improvements.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

.Lead Infrastructure teams through mapping of current environment,identifying Improvement opportunities, creating new workflows, and prioritizing improvement initiatives to meet business segment goals.

.Present recommendations to senior management regarding business/operational improvements and revenue opportunities.

.Develop and manage the implementation of the approved business/operational improvements including recommended technology expenditures.

.Assist in the development of benchmarking tools to ensure initiativesare optimized

.Serve as mentor to team and consultant to business partners as needed

.Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

.Follow, or in some cases establish, as required, effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis.

.Remain current on risk-related changes that may impact assigned work functions and processes
