Senior Manager, Program Management Employees responsible for the execution of corporate real estate planning projects and strategies for Life Safety Products with a primary focus on program development and oversight. Establish detailed business plans to coordinate, monitor and transfer of regulatory certifications for multi-site facilities.
Applies full operational responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results and setting policies. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Collaborates and participates in the development of the scope of work and financial and regulatory certification planning, for all facilities and related real estate projects.
Bachelor's Degree in real estate, business, engineering or related experience.
Working knowledge of financial tracking systems, GIS and Real Estate Asset Management systems and Facilities Work Management Systems
10 years of experience in real estate/facilities, project management
5 years PMP, asset management and analysis experience preferred
Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
