Program Manager - Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program management process, from the concept phase through product launch. They will maintain strong customer relationships, provide team leadership, and take ownership of key deliverables. The position ensures the company's profitability through effective management of resources, reporting and proactively addressing program risks and opportunities.


Cradle to grave responsibility for all program management activities

Serves as single point of contact between the customer and company for all assigned programs

Maintains a high level of program communication within the company team and to the customer

Leads, plans and manages cross-functional teams to ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the program requirements

Effectively manages program scope, ensuring all changes are documented and approved

Conducts regular program and gate review meetings, including: critical open issues, development status, quality, launch and financial performance

Maintains master program timing inclusive of all activities which must occur to ensure successful product launch

Escalates program related issues to program leadership

Implements program management best practices


Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred

Minimum of 5-7 years of program management experience in automotive, aftermarket or industrial market

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse customer base

Strong interpersonal skills allowing necessary alliances with internal and external groups to be forged quickly

Assertive, self-motivated, and highly accountable approach to the position, with the ability to meet internal/customer deadlines and manage ever-changing priorities

Experience leading diverse, multi-disciplined and cross-functional teams

Travel required to fulfill program requirements and ensure successful product launches

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of business tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
