Cherokee Nation Environmental Solutions, LLC (CNES) is an environmental-focused company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The environmental services provided by CNES are:
• Soil Testing
• Storm drainage/run off
• Site assessment
• Above & Underground Storage Tanks
• Regulatory Contracting
• Long-Term Monitoring
• Environment Consulting
• Hazardous Waste Collection, Treatment and Disposal
• All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services

The Program Manager is responsible to provide for the business growth opportunities within current contracts through expansion and extension. Supports the Operation Manager in the creation of contracts operational plans and budgets (Contract Implementation Plans).


Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):

Supports Executive General Manager by identifying new business opportunities and proposing them for inclusion in the Five Year Business Executes and reports progress against these approved plans.
Ensures performance on contracted efforts by executing approved plans, controlling and reporting progress relative to the established contract cost, schedule, and quality standards, and following project management standards.
Maintain continuous and effective communication with the customer organization to obtain a common understanding of their expectations.
Manages and performs direct contract financial functions including budgeting, purchasing, travel, payment approval, invoicing, and receivable controls.
Play a leadership role in the accomplishment of the Environmental & Construction vision and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
Directs and performs program personnel functions including staffing, performance and salary reviews, EEO and benefits coordination, and personnel development.
Recommends personnel actions to Executive General Manager for approval, including job offers, promotions, bonuses, pay changes, and disciplinary actions when required by corporate policy.
Develop and track a project schedule including manpower loading for the project.
Monitor status of project logs, such as equipment, submittal, and shop drawing logs.
Comprehensive knowledge of Construction engineered design drawings, details, schedules and specifications.
Monitor labor, material, and sub-contract costs and budgets
Periodic site visits and inspections for the purposes of work progress status and resolution to field issues.
Deliver each awarded contract on time and within budget
Performs other related duties of comparable level as assigned

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field
At least 15 years of related experience

Strong communication skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Ability to execute a plan.
Ability to read and edit Primavera P-6 and Microsoft Project schedules
