Job Summary

The Programmer Analyst is responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives relating to multiple small, medium and large projects. This position completes full lifecycle development (SDLC) including understanding business requirements, designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs. This person will create and/or modify procedures to solve moderate-to-complex problems considering equipment capacity, limitations, operating time and desired results.
