JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant needed ASAP in Downtown Los Angeles.

Proficiency in desktop PC operation and MS Office applications Organizational skills in assessing documents and prioritizing tasks. Experience in accounting, record keeping, filing systems, excel and database management. Must be computer literate and have strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Quick understanding of customer applications, office documents and ability to audit information Oversight of MS Outlook inbox and delegating/assigning work to SCG employees using checklist Tallying of data for reporting various benchmarks and/or performance metrics Supporting Team Leader and Project Manager with various strategic initiatives and pilot programs regarding SCG New Business Program Obtaining project status and updating logs of various strategic initiatives from process stakeholders across organization. Support project tracking ? Budget against Actuals - coordinate leadership of weekly status meetings, monitoring and revising the detailed project schedule/plan, monitoring the team?s execution against it, and all necessary communications. Maintain all proper/updated forms and deliverables i.e. Furniture standards, IT, Security, Environmental, move management, etc.). Experience gathering and providing project updates at a program level. Results oriented, problem solver. Ability to communicate and escalate project issues to management. Proficient in managing weekly updates per project sites(s), managing budgets, issue resolution. Etc. Past experience working with multiple stakeholders/highly matrix work environments. Ability to aggregate weekly status reports and ensure all internal and contractor staff provide updates. Ability to work with various internal systems to gather data. Ability to provide consistent visibility on all active projects.
