Job Description

We are seeking a polished administrative professional to fill our clients need for a Project Administrator in their downtown Baltimore office. The right candidate for this position would be the point of contact for Sharepoint access. The main responsibilities would be to use Sharepoint to administer the on/off boarding process, create, update and organize files, use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint) to create and maintain reports as requested, create presentations, schedule meetings, use Adobe Acrobat to create and consolidate documents into project team reports, and Ad Hoc requests such as setting up projectors, create seating charts and making photocopies for meetings, have PC's ordered, arrange pick up and delivery of materials between building locations. This position would require the right candidate to have the ability to learn new IT systems (Primavera, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM)) to perform simple tasks as requested. This is a 9mo. contract position. Must proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) Must have proficient knowledge of Sharepoint software Bachelors Degree requested Candidate will have to undergo drug and background screenings
