Project Administrator
Las Vegas, Nevada

Join the team that is helping NV Energy's Sure Bet commercial, industrial and governmental customers save energy and money. NV Energy commercial and industrial customers are eligible for technical and financial support to make their facilities more energy efficient.

Location and team

KEMA is seeking administrative support from an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Tasks may include

Fielding and logging telephone calls from customers and contractors
Maintaining paper and electronic files
Creating and updating electronic forms and spreadsheets
Faxing, copying, scanning and filing of documentation
Data entry
Assisting with receptionist duties as necessary, including greeting visitors, receiving packages, managing mail
Office coordination
Invoicing, financial reporting
Project management support
Database management and quality assurance.

What we're asking

Two - three years experience in administrative services
Prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service and phone skills, organization, grammar, and spelling skills are essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure in time-critical situations and be productive and self-motivated during slow periods.
Intermediate experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access is essential.
Background in energy, utilities, construction, engineering and/or architecture highly preferred.
Two-year degree or BA is preferred.
This is a US-based position; applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
