Business Need:
This position will help facilitate the achievement of TS&O goals by supporting continuous improvement (OpX) projects and process improvement implementations that are managed in the TS&O centralized project group. This position will centralize work currently being performed throughout the various TS&O organizations, thus creating consistencies and efficiencies.

Essential Job Functions:
? Supports the development, implementation and coordination of continuous improvement projects (OpX) within TS&O operations focusing on work management processes, resource planning, budgeting and business planning. Maintains metrics to measure to track project status. Supports efforts to ensure projects meet planned budget, scope and schedule requirements. Manages key program or project components in support of larger initiatives.
? Gathers, researches and analyzes TS&O department level data to support projects. Compares and reconciles data against desired outcomes, draws conclusions and presents findings with moderate to complex data. Maintains project information database.
? Develops and presents recommendations based on interpretation and analysis of data. Prepares presentations of findings/recommendations to OU senior leadership. Acts as a key resource regarding department level operational data.
? Participates in cross functional teams to achieve continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

? Bachelor Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Work Experiences (Years):
? Broad knowledge of project management and operational policies, procedures, and practices.
? Requires four or more years of experience in an analytical position, including at least two relating to the construction, operation or maintenance of the electric system.
? Broad knowledge of project management and operational policies, procedures, and practices.
? Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis or developing performance improvement initiatives
