Assist in building and maintaining partners in the Latino community.
Ensure all logistics related to health screenings, health fairs, education programs and special events are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Utilize project management tools to implement scheduled activities.
Coordinate with both internal (marketing, public relations, service line, finance, risk management, legal, etc.) and external partners (community group, vendor, physician). Includes requesting work orders and estimates, venue layouts, contracts and permits, scheduling staff, audio-visual, food, room reservations, etc.
Ensures a good show at sponsored events. Transport equipment and literature, set-up and break-down of exhibits/tables, registration of guests, dissemination of health information and literature.
Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, promotional items and literature. Prepare class rosters, evaluation forms, promotional fliers and other materials as required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience building relationships, partnerships, especially in the Latino community.
Healthcare experience a plus.
Proficient computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
