JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose: We are seeking an IT professional with a strong interest in business processes and software implementation to join our client-facing implementation team. The Project Coordinator will have extensive customer interaction supporting existing clients, and will be dedicated to the best possible client experience. This individual will have the opportunity for professional growth while mastering designed work-flows in the application and implementing a variety of projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to CareEvolve clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, while providing updates to our clients.
Prioritize and escalate support issues.
Gather business and technical requirements to understand the client s business processes and work-flows, while presenting designed application work-flows.
Train-the-trainer formats to resolve support issues.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously - interfaces to PMS, EMR, HIS, LIS, and LIMS systems.
Provide and obtain data requirements for projects.
Analyze projects to identify risks and potential roadblocks.
Collaborate with technical resources to deliver optimum
Communicate project updates regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as required.

Excellent time management skills, highly motivated
Healthcare/laboratory industry experience preferred
HL7 experience preferred
Prior Project Management desired
Works well in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Extensive client interaction required. The candidate must have the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
