Job Description

NCI: As the Project Coordinator II at AdvanceMed, a premier provider of healthcare program integrity services, you will offer project management support to AdvanceMed's Review MIC program. You will develop a Project Management plan for all national projects, as assigned, and will serve a critical component in meeting AdvanceMed's mission 'To provide services to our clients that exceed their expectations and contribute to improved healthcare delivery by identifying and eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse.'Highlights of Responsibility:

* Develops a Project Management plan for all national projects assigned, as well as other projects as identified by the Task Order Chief
* Conferences with the Task Order Chief on a regularly scheduled basis to identify milestones, pending tasks, outstanding action items and prioritize projects
* Solicits agenda items, plans, coordinates and facilitates internal and external meetings; establishes WebEx meeting when indicated.
* Distributes all documentation required for the meetings to all attendees including Chief Statistician and/or Team Lead, QA Statistician, Medicaid/Clinical Specialists, Data Analysts, CMS, Audit MIC, state Medicaid representatives, and others identified by the meeting facilitator
* Prepares and distributes meeting minutes
* Controls the follow up of action items derived from each DOC meeting
* Facilitates communication between Medicaid/Clinical Specialist, QA, and the Production teams through regularly-scheduled meetings and notification of changes in assignment status
* Enters new assignments as received, updates status, key actions, and assigned staff on a daily basis, and uploads meeting minutes and correspondence related to assignments in the AdvanceMed case tracking system
* Completes status updates on all workload assigned to Task Order
* Assists the team in development of presentation material, including PowerPoint presentations, as requested
* Performs Quality Control on task order-specific administrative deliverables

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including MS Project, at an intermediate level
* Project Management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
* Experience with Medicaid, health care, analytic, or other subject matter knowledge
