span Project Coordinator Job in NYC! br   br *NO C2C* br   br Requirements br Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to design, implement, and support collaboration platforms in the Macmillan Publishers’ Digital Workplace portfolio. Expand use of existing tools to improve business processes, and, in alignment with the corporate strategy, identify new solutions to solve business needs. The collaboration portfolio currently includes Google for Work, DropBox, and Confluence. br   br Major Responsibilities: br   br • Define and implement rollout and maintenance strategies. br • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements. br • Work with platform support staff responsible for common administrative tasks and platform maintenance. br • Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including platform health/availability. br • Ensure proper coordination between internal groups and intranet software vendors; liaise on technical implementations, migration of content from legacy platforms, and upgrades. br • Coordinate with the training department to prepare training and adoption materials. br • Manage licensing requirements and collaborate with finance on agreements. br • Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and develop action plans to increase adoption. br • Design and drive enhancements in the departmental on-line communities and coordinate with departmental stakeholders to meet business requirements. br • Maintain a sound information architecture and navigation structure for each solution. br • Expand the topic areas and expertise represented to support continual process improvement. br • Oversee authoring and proper use of platform for collaboration and knowledge dissemination, including company news. br • Perform continual analysis and evaluation of new tools that align with corporate goals, and as additions or enhancements to the portfolio are identified, prepare and present proposals for executive management. br   br Required Skills / Knowledge: br   br • Oral Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service - Able to speak clearly and persuasively, maintain a professional relationship, stay open to others’ ideas, embrace change, manage difficult customer situations, and respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service or assistance. br • Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively. br • Able to work well in a team and be comfortable in a leadership role. br • Quality Management – looks to improve quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
