* Provides overall administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the PMO
* Coordinate and schedule complex meetings, and compile meeting agendas/take minutes
* Handle confidential material, liaising and interacting with senior management as appropriate
* Drive priorities and manage schedules
* Provide calendar management; schedule and coordinate appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meeting facilities and equipment
* Coordinates projects or phases of complex projects
* Proofreads functionally specific materials for accuracy including copy, grammar and layout
* Routine administrative duties


* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
* Strong written and verbal communications skills; must be able to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Web conferencing and willingness to learn other tools
* Excellent project management skills, including tracking and reporting skills
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment
