Dewberry Engineers is seeking a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study Engineer/Project Manager for our Orlando, FL office. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to expand the PD&E practice within a well established firm.Primary responsibility is the successful management of FDOT PD&E Studies for transportation projects throughout the State. Responsibilities also include:

Coordinate with FDOT as well as consultants, permitting agencies, and local governments.
Support effective public involvement during the PD&E process.
Prepare project documentation.
Business development activities related to the pursuit of PD&E Studies; including marketing of clients, proposal preparation and presentations.","Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 4 to 10 years of applicable experience.

Florida PE preferred or ability to obtain.
NEPA experience.
Experience with FDOT.
