JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY VHB's growing Boston, MA team is looking for talented Project Planners and Engineers to join its office in our Transit & Rail group. VHB's passionate professionals include engineers, scientists, planners, and designers who partner with public and private clients in the transportation, real estate, institutional, and energy industries, as well as federal, state, and local governments. Together, we work to improve mobility, enhance communities and economic vitality, and balance development and infrastructure needs with environmental stewardship. Responsibilities: Work on transit planning projects while supporting multi-modal planning studies and corridor transportation planning Skills and Abilities: A familiarity with geometrics and civil design and a solid understanding of design processes is a plus. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Teamwork skills are essential Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering Minimum 3+ years experience in transit/transportation planning and/or engineering Knowledge of Windows-based word-processing and spreadsheet computer applications Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications and teamwork skills CAD experience desirable Please submit applications online.
