* This Project Management position is the E\-2D Advanced Mission Capabilities \(AMC\) Program Integrator with primary focus on supporting AMCprogram managers\. This Deployed Program Integrator position will report to the Program Integration Manager on the E2/C2 IPT and directly support the Advanced Mission Capabilities IPTprograms\.Ensure day to day execution ofa programincluding cost, schedule and program performance\. Responsibility includes integration across all of thefunctional groups within an AMCprogram; control of the configuration of all baseline elements; and to manage and facilitate all program processes and systems\.Tasking to include the following:
Monitors, coordinates, and recommends program resource changes;Manageprogramrhythm and associated calendars;Responsible for identifying cost, schedule or performance variances for potential programmatic impacts\. Manage via EVMS;Ensure and execute programmatic reviews, assess project performance, cost, and schedule status;Key program focal point for Program Management Reviews and SETR events;Manages both Interim and Contract Performance Assessment Reports \(IPAR and CPAR\);Develop/maintain program documents \(to include but are not limited to; Program Management Plan \(PMP\), Program Definition Document \(PDD\), Risk Opportunity Management Plan \(ROMP\), Integrated Master Plan \(IMP\);Facilitate Risk, Issue, Opportunity and Affordability Management;Manage Control Accounts \(CAM\);Execute IMOM for PIT accounts;Manages Action Items using the approved process and tool;Complies with Integrated Management FrameworkBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience; Master's degree and 4 years of related experience including a strong working knowledge of Program Integration and experience in Risk, Issue & Opportunity management\. Experience as a Control Account Manager \(CAM\) and experience with resource planning and analysis is needed\. The ability to develop and provide analysis of metric and programmatic data is required\. Attention to detail in maintaining configuration control of databases and documentation is necessary\. The ability to act on behalf of the Program Manager and be a main contributor and supporter of the Program Manager is required\. Strong Microsoft Office Skills \(Outlook \(calendars\), Word, Excel and PowerPoint\) and a keen sense of various tools and databases are needed\. A current active Secret clearance is required to startPreferred Qualifications:
