Mandatory Requirements : This individual will be working on a highly visible project involving the creation of a compelling business case to support the acquisition an implementation of a mobile work order management application which will deliver significant work process efficiencies and operational cost reductions. 1 .8+ years experience as Senior Business Analysis or work in Business Process Re-Engineering project with strong experience working with mobile technology projects. 2. 5+ years experience writing business proposals and business cases including ROI and cost benefit analysis. 3. Expert-level MS Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional team members 5. Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Desirable Requirements : 1. Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management software 2. Bachelors degree or equivalent specializing in Information Management, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering sciences- System/application design, configuration, testing, and implementation system integrations Experience with facilities maintenance (FM) applications or working or FM organization
