PM experience leading moderate to complex projects
Demonstrated skill leading technology projects.

Top 3-5 daily responsibilities:
Development of business side deliverables for technology projects; project plans, cost benefit analysis, RAID documents, etc.
Coordination and management of extended, matrix, project team
Development and tracking of milestones, critical path, risks, and budget.

Desired skills:
Ability to effectively use standard PM tools, including Microsoft Project and Visio.
Ability to function as business analyst, if needed
Ability to effectively manage relationships with IT, vendors, and business areas

Type of background you are looking for:
Over 10 years experience as a PM.
Health Insurance and/or sales business system experience a plus.
Ability to effectively use standard PM tools, including Microsoft Project and Visio.

Size of the team:
~25. Mostly PMs and a few BAs.

Information on the project: Supports business side deliverables for IT projects in Sales and Marketing. Most projects will be directly supporting existing Health Care Reform provisions, but can overlap the 2014 state and federal HCR provisions.

Position Description: Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.

Applicant will support the business side deliverables associated with SDLC, including business requirements. Projects Sales and Marketing business systems used to support the Individual and Family line of business.

Experience Level: 10+ Years in project management.

Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
