JOB DESCRIPTION* Experience level: 12-14 years
* Point of Contact between Customer
* Participate in prioritization meetings/calls, capacity planning, resource allocation & query resolution
* Should be able to share the daily status for team work and capacity, as it is application maintenance and development team
* Management activities including:
* Review of deliverables to ensure quality
* Weekly status reporting
* Follow up on outstanding items
* Managing change requests and escalations
* Work with Customer PM as and when required, to assist with release plan and schedule.
* Consolidate deliverables and acquire approval from Customer PM/Dev Directors
* Should have good understanding on Hospitality domain and should be able to interact with Customer stakeholders to understand business requirements.
