JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Responsibilities
Manage the system staging process for projects ranging from staging add-on sites for existing two-way radio systems to large multi-site communication systems. These activities include interfacing with field teams, design engineering, and implementation engineering, to determine project scope, equipment requirements, risk assessment, scheduling and marshalling of resources where needed. This position will leverage the typical project management skills and tool sets to help drive the staging and shipment of two-way radio systems and associated sub-systems.
Bachelors Degree is required, Business Management or Project Management preferred.
3+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
A strong business management background is also extremely helpful.
Aggressive Problem solving skills, and the ability to get things done in a multi-organizational environment.
Knowledge in the design and/or operation of two-way radio communication systems and a knowledge about Motorola's manufacturing and distribution organizations is desirable.
A working knowledge of MSI organizations including an understanding from order placement to manufacturing to system implementation, preferred
A PMP certificate is desired but not required.
Previous experience in a management role is also desirable, but not required for this specific opportunity.
