JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Lighting company is seeking a senior-level Project Manager who will manage both the business and the customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seeing their jobs through from start to finish, with assistance from the Sales/Operations team. Ultimately, the PM will oversee all post-sale requirements needed to effectively close out the project.
-Advanced understanding of lighting technology, products and their application.
-Delegate actions to team members and outside vendors.
-Must have good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
-Must be able to manage conflict and problem solve.
-Work with minimal or no supervision.
-Must possess a high level of personal ownership.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication.
-Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office programs; Word, PowerPoint,Excel and Outlook.
-Develop, document and report plans/strategies
-Must be able to create and maintain a trusting relationship between employees, competitors, manufacturers and customers.
-Must be a team player and assist in other departments when necessary.
