Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill an immediate opening for a Project Manager in;Northern Virginia.
POSITION IS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS ELIGIBLE - CATEGORY;1
Job Duties include:
Manage a uniformed protective force upwards of 100+ Security Officers. Control and administer day-to-day operations. Coordinate and complete all contract and work requirements. Contract budget, hire & train personnel, timesheets, and client billing. Act as Liaison between Corporate Headquarters and the onsite staff and client. Other duties as assigned.
;;Basic Qualifications:

- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a H.S. Diploma or equivalent. Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; plus minimum 5 years management experience on a project of similar size and complexity, preferably in the contract protective services field. Experience in law enforcement, military, and/or security is preferred.
- Must possess good writing skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately. Must have impeccable customer service skills and possess the ability to manage multiple officers on various posts with 24/7 coverage. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance and Full-Scope Polygraph.
Other Requirements:

- Must successfully pass all training and obtain required certifications;
- Must pass background investigation to include criminal, credit, and driving record checks;
- Must successfully pass pre-employment physical screening;
- Must successfully pass pre-employment testing;
- Must successfully pass security screening;
- Must be able to obtain the required U.S. Government Security Clearance and polygraph;
- Must be approved by the client.
