Responsibilities:Provides vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of cost effective HR Management Systems applications. Facilitates efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization. Manages, maintains, and prioritizies the direction of HR Systems. Provides a proactive interface between the internal customers and the technical/programming staff. Works as a liaison between the HR, Payroll, Finance, and the IT department and sets the HR priorities within systems initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with some formal IT/Decision Information Science exposure. Minimum of five-years experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects with shifting deadlines in a complex business and systems environment. Proven project management and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex, multiple disciplinary efforts. Ability to communicate benefits, risks, costs of technology. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influence and assertiveness skills. Proficient systems knowledge of Web Technologies, PeopleSoft, relational database experience or database extraction products/solutions experience.
