Job Description

We have a career opportunity for an experienced Project Manager I out of our SouthCentral regional Hub for projects located in and around the Austin, TX area.

We are seeking candidates with at least four years of successful experience in design-build and/or general contracting construction management. Position assumes responsibility for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.

Specific duties include: leading construction progress meetings; overseeing design development; preparing and managing project budget and schedule. Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, governing authorities and owners.

Bachelor s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience and at least four years proven success in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing along with a proven ability to manage large projects is required. Candidates must able and willing to travel, as travel will be required.
