Job Description
Project II is responsible for the performance of medium sized technical projects, or 2 or 3 small projects, or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities. Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation and testing in accordance with project objectives. Day to day activities will include: Develop and maintain Discretionary pool consumption forecasts Provide ongoing reporting of forecasts to portfolio leads. Provide initial analysis of MSP support requests, including providing contract vehicle recommendation. Invoice / Accrual management and verification. Process flow documentation creation and maintenance. Communicate with portfolio leads, vendors, and corporate administrative units to resolve issues. Recommend, support, and lead implementation of process enhancements. Serve as principal point of contact in responding to inquiries from internal and external customers. Assume a lead role in communicating processes, activities, or requirements Must Have's: Strong PM and issue management skills Work in an independent and proactive manner with little supervision Strong written and communication skills; and ability to provide thoughtful recommendations for improvement of communications Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution Stro
