- Develop project scopes,-assemble bid documents, work with Procurement (ie:
Purchasing)-during a formal bidding process, develop project time lines, manage-capitol budgets-all based on approved Engineering drawings.
- Assist in writing project AFEs.
- Oversee & manage project ( electrical )-inspectors.
- Develop project inspection protocol as-it pertains to company standards.
- Interface & assist with staff engineers-while commissioning new facilities.
Must be able to travel-travel up to 100% in a 4 state area (PA, WV, KY VA) Required Skills
The successful candidate will have...-
- The ability to ready & fully understand construction drawings, including:
-site, civil, mechanical, and-electrical/instrumentation & controls.
- Thorough understanding of the NEC, NFPA codes.
- Thorough understanding of PLC's, transmitters, thermocouples, switches & relays as they apply in-natural gas compression facilities.
- Prior experience with med voltage AC motors of-up to & including 3000hp--
- Prior experience with power distribution equipment such as motor control centers &-switchgear, utility reclosers, CT's & PT's, disconnects, starters, contactors and circuit breakers.
- Proficiency-in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Outlook. Required Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five-years of verifiable project management experience in natural gas facilities construction and/or-operations-with heavy emphasis on electrical construction.
- Current Master-Electrician license in-PA, WV KY-or VA is a-plus.----
