If this sounds like a good fit for you please apply with an updated resume and contact information. br   br B Job Description: /B br   br As our Project Manager, you'll help provide support for a Privacy and Security program initiative.  You will coordinate high performing virtual teams from across Global functions, activate realistic implementation and transition plans, and own delivery of the privacy capabilities on schedule with quality on budget.   You will be actively involved in tracking, updating and participating in decision making related to the project. br You'll also need to demonstrate a strong ability to learn new information and systems quickly, work successfully in a highly matrixed organization and forge partnerships with peers, management, and stakeholders. br   br B REQUIREMENTS /B br B PROJECT /TASK MANAGEMENT SKILLS /B br • Strong analytical and innovative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines br • Experienced working as part of a project team gathering requirements, conducting research and task management against a timeline br • Ability to taking larger initiatives and deconstruct the work into manageable deliverable and deadlines br • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects br • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Business Partners and IT Leadership at the senior levels br • Successful track record of leading senior level professionals to drive business outcomes, resolve issues, and build consensus br • Strong Project Management methodology and project lifecycle understanding br • Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management br • Defines, with assistance from the project sponsor and functional managers, the project goals, project plan and schedule. br • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas br • Coordinate and facilitate all project team and project management meetings, following up with notes from all meetings br • Maintains project documentation and disseminates information to the project stakeholders in a timely manner br • PMP certification preferred but not required. br B DECISION-MAKING AND JUDGMENT /B br • Ability to identify and resolve complex operational, organizational and executional problems br • Sound judgment and ability to provide direction toward the determination of policy and strategy br • Ability to prioritize workload effectively br • Capacity to quickly understand new information and situations and the flexibility to refocus after interruptions br • Detail minded with strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time (meetings, accessibility to staff, etc.) to ensure the needs of the business are met br • Capability of making sound business decisions and quickly understanding new information and situations br • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and  attention to detail br • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment br • Ability to take initiat
