JOB DUTIES:

We are seeking for a project manager position whom will oversee the overall IND-enabling studies, and communications with regulatory agencies and funding agents. Candidate should have excellent basic and/or translational research background. Previous experience in planning and executing pre-clinical studies towards initiation of clinical trials are preferred. These skills include but not limited to project management skills and ability to manage progress and timeline of projects, coordinating interactions with FDA, completing SOPs for tech transfer, and interpretation and presentation of results and participate in writing progress reports.



JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Excellent basic and/or translational research background skills

Ability to supervise project development, data collection and interpretation into a clear and concise format appropriate for publishing

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to utilize a PC and Mac

Ability to take initiative and work on a self-directed basis with limited supervision

Skill in data and database management

Ability to interact and communicate effectively

Previously experience working in a research laboratory



Preferred:

MD or PhD

Previous experience in planning and executing pre-clinical studies towards initiation of clinical trials



Ability to write concisely and clearly, edit, and proofread to ensure grammatically correct and factual correspondence



Skill in scientific writing, literature review

Ability to prioritize activities with conflicting deadlines
