Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
5 years managing software development projects required
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies our Agile/Scrum life cycle methodology and enforces project standards
FDA approval project experience as Project Manager (study or trial based)Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Bachelor's Degree in technical, engineering or related field, Computer Science
Scrum Master certified
Experience managing medical device software projects
IEC 62304 experience
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Responsible for and authorized to manage the IT portion of a project. Responsibilities: Provide Leadership to all IT related aspects of the project. Integration (Planning) Management, Global alignment, Provide Scope, Cost and Resource Management for the project. Time Management, Resource planning, Quality Management, Communications Management, Risk Management and Procurement Management. Be objective in setting and assessing work, ensuring team buy-in.
