Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill an opening for an upcoming;Project Manager in the Las Cruces, NM area.

Job Duties:
;Manage a uniformed protective force upwards of 20+ Security Officers. Control and administer day-to-day operations and have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract. Coordinate and complete all contract and work requirements in accordance with the terms of the contract and as otherwise directed by OMNIPLEX. Perform all security operational functions and duties required to implement and execute the protection and patrol services, policies, and procedures for the customer. Provide direct supervision and guidance to Shift Supervisors. Responsible for contract personnel to have the knowledge, skills, and training to effectively perform their jobs. Ensure that the necessary equipment and materials are available for the;Security Officer;force to accomplish their mission and that the equipment and materials are properly used. Make program level policies and decisions on internal operating procedures and instructions. Provide overall direction of personnel for quality performance. Execute the Quality Management System to attain and maintain quality of performance to meet or exceed defined standards. Participate in required meetings as called by the customer or OMNPLEX management. Act as Liaison between Corporate Headquarters and the onsite staff and customer. Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
;
- Must be a U.S. Citizen;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Must have minimum;5 years of law enforcement and/or security experience;
- Must have;3 years management/supervisory experience on a project of similar size and complexity;
- Must have experience in a quality assurance program;
- Must possess good writing skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately;
- Must have ability to multi-task in a fast past environment;
- Must be available for contact by telephone or pager, 24/7, including holidays.
Other Requirements:

- Must be able to pass employment physical;
- Must pass background investigation, including DMV, criminal and/or credit checks;
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently; Must be able to pass security screening interview;
- Top Secret US Government security clearance preferred.
