JOB DESCRIPTIONThis role oversees all aspects of the construction project, including project profitability, resource allocation,
quality control and client relationship management. The person in this position takes ownership of the project
and is accountable for the budget, schedule and quality of the project. The candidate will serve a key
leadership role for the project team consisting of field superintendent, project administrative assistant,
subcontractors and vendors.
1. Functional Duties
a. Client Relationship Management
i. Ensures the best possible client relationship with the company
ii. Maintains culture of client service and professionalism among all parties at the jobsite,
including tradesmen and subcontractors
iii. Collaborates with owner and design team to develop solutions to unforeseen
iv. Manages project costs to provide best value to clients
i. Oversees superintendent and foremen to ensure company safety policies and OSHA
regulations are enforced
