Job Description

Primary responsibilities include increasing organizational readiness and improving organizational skills for strategy execution as well as;
Provide project mgmt expertise to team leads and project teams to facilitate achievement of project objectives Recommend improvements to the processes and tools used by the Project Office and project teams Facilitate the use of a common project management methodology through the use of common language, tools, best practices Assist in administering the Project Office effort incluidng coordinating, analyzing and reporting on Benjamin Moore corporate - strategic initiatives.

Required Experience: BA/BS required. 5+ years of general business experience, including project management experience. 5+ years experience with basic project management concepts, tools and techniques and the ability to convey them. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills as well as excellent written/oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Must be a resourceful problem solver who possesses creativity. Strong business sense and professional presence. Ability to work independently and to drive work to completion. Commitment to excellence and willingness to work hard in a demanding environment. Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines within the organization. Proficienct in Microsoft Office Applications.
